My battery failed it's weekly self test this morning, after a couple of failed live chats I picked up the phone and rang the freephone number. Connected to Lorenzo within a minute who was about to go through diagnostics with me but listened to what I had already done including checking each battery on the pack for it's 12v output then raised an advanced RMA on the spot. All sorted within 20 minutes.
It is nice when you get service like that 🙂
