Hey,
Since my battery unit was due to renew, I changed it this morning, and it went fine.
I discover an issue with the warranty of my UPS, which block some warnings like:
- WARNING Battery Replacement Due Mar 17th, 2025
- INFO Warranty Expired On Nov 16th, 2022
But my active plan is:
- OK SMC1000I-2UC Advanced May 20, 2029 A-S00129079
What is missing to activate my warranty plan on my UPS ?
please help.

Based on the information you have provided it appears you’re mixing up the relevant facts.
The hardware includes a 2 year warranty unless you purchase an extended hardware warranty. The information you provided relating to the (Advance Plan) I assume is related to the APC Smart Connect which expires in May 20, 2029.
Taking the Warranty Expired of November 16, 2022 and battery replacement date of March 17, 2025.
Indicates the hardware was produced in 2020. Show me the serial number of the system.
Lastly, as noted up above if you purchased an extended hardware warranty this would supersede the information you have provided here.
The only other exception is (IF) the hardware was purchased new and you happen to receive NOS (New Old Stock).
As such the warranty starts at the purchase date which you would need to provide to APC to update and receive the balance of the hardware warranty.

You can verify the UPS warranty status at this site Schneider Electric site. https://www.apc.com/us/en/support/product-support/ups-factory-warranty-information.jsp
I enter your provided serial number, and the site report the UPS is out of warranty. If you feel this information in incorrect you should contact local Schneider Electric support. You can contact local support using this link https://www.apc.com/us/en/support/contact-us/index.jsp.

Based on the information you provided the hardware was produced on 2020, 27th week.
You purchased the unit on March 21, 2021.
You should reach out to APC Technical Support as to the extended warranty purchased on May 20, 2024.
Are you sure this so called extended warranty isn’t related to APC Smart Connect Cloud Portal Service instead?!? 🤔
Better yet show me the document that talks about this extended warranty you purchased.
