I have a AP9630 that has lost communication to the UPS after and update to the firmware. It's been months since this happened, as I have not been able to shut down the load until now. I have shut down al loads, reset the mgmnt card, and also tried removing it for 30 seconds and then plugging git back in.

Replying to my own question here...
I updated the firmware to 6.9.6 from here:
That resolved the communications issue.

Hi @daave,
Can I ask where you found the firmware you originally installed - the wrong one?
I ask because you're the second user I've seen install this exact firmware (px2 6.5.0) on a SmartUPS in the space of a week or two, and I'm not a big believer in coincidence - so I'm wondering what's going wrong where that this is showing up as a good search result for the SmartUPS.
You've already found exactly the solution I'd provide as well - I'm just curious if we can tweak something to help people find the right firmware the first time.
Thanks,
Shaun

Sorry; it was months ago, and I just don't recall. I would have simply come to the SE web site, done a search for my product and downloaded the latest version, which is exactly what I did this time as well.
