Test Email configuration without going on-battery

I'm trying to configure PowerChute Business Edition Agent Version 10.0.1.301 to use Office 365 to send email.  Is there a way of testing the configuration without making the UPS go on Battery?  I'm remote, so I only have access to the management website.  I don't want to ask an employee at the office to unplug the UPS and plug it back in, and I don't want to keep running Battery Tests.  I have virtually all other events configured to send an email, but nothing seems to trigger one.  I tried configuring a scheduled shutdown (I thought that would trigger the Administrate Shutdown Scheduled), and changed the name of the UPS (I thought that would trigger the Configuration File Changed), but neither sent an email using a valid email configuration.  Testing the battery does, so I know the existing email config works.

I'm amazed there's no "Test Email" option in the email configuration.  Seems so simple to build that; I can't believe it's not there.

Thanks.

I figured out a way to do this: use the UPS Internal Temperature Warning setting.  Ensure that's set for Email notices, and then set the "High Internal Temp Warning Threshold" in the UPS settings below the current temperature.  Fluctuate between below the current temperature and the default of 65 degrees to test emails.

Now if I could only get PowerChute to send TLS encrypted messages using Office 365.
