Good Day,
Can anyone tell me if the output voltage is configurable to 220volts?? or is it just 208 and 240?

Hi,
SURTD5000XLT I think can only be set for 208V or 240V output. There are other models with the suffix XLW and XLI that I think likely have a setting for 220V.
If you try to input 220V to SURTD5000XLT, it will turn on but it will still output 208V or 240V (depending on what you set) because it assumes you're inputting what you want to output. You'll also potentially run into error messages when the UPS compares input to output voltage. And, if the UPS goes to bypass, it would output 220V to your load when it would get 208V or 240V when the UPS is online. Thus, it would not be recommended to still input 220V to the UPS.
