I have this ups with 1 mount have this light, where can i find the troubleshoot manual or software to install? to see logs.

You’ll need to provide a lot more information and details as to what the problem is. You can start by taking a picture of the front LCD.

The system will display any active faults / errors. You may also go into the logs to see the last ten faults and relay the same here.

If the system has a NMC you can simply login and download then export the diagnostics logs which includes the following: Event, Data, UPS, Diagnostics.

Upload the logs here for review minus any (PII) data.

You may also use APC Power Chute Software to capture the active faults / errors once it’s connected to a computer system:
