P,
Could you attach your data logs so that we could see them. Screenshots would also help.

The only thing I can think of is that your UPSs are a year newer than the software running on the management card, so you might want to try updating the management card's firmware. 6.2.1 is the latest at present and can be downloaded here.
It is also possible that this model of UPS doesn't provide that data to the management card, but I'd suggest updating the card firmware first.

I would also recommend ensuring you having you have the latest NMC software for your unit - it would appear a reporting issue since on certain screens the input voltages are reported. If this does not resolve the issue, I would recommend rebooting the web interface, possibly braindeading the unit if you have downtime, and contacting your local support because this is an international unit.

Hi P,
To me, it looks like your UPS output is off (even though there is AC input to the UPS). Though, it shows output voltage so that is strange.
Can you provide the full .tar dump from your UPS? Instructions here -> http://www.apc.com/support/index?page=content&country=ITB〈=en&locale=en_US&id=FA156131
NMC software refers to the firmware version on the Network Management Card/interface in your UPS. This is currently v6.0.7 and you can update to v6.2.1 to see if anything changes. You can get it here -> http://www.apc.com/tools/download/index.cfm and look for Firmware Upgrades - UPS Network Management Card and look for SFSUMX621 to download. Instructions on upgrading are here -> http://www.apc.com/support/index?page=content&country=ITB〈=en&locale=en_US&id=FA156047
Braindeading the unit refers to basically doing a communications reset on the unit. To do this, you'd need to remove/turn off anything plugged into the UPS and then turn off the UPS itself. Then, unplug/remove AC power from the UPS (so you could also flip the input breaker) and then holding down the off button on the front panel. On this UPS, you may also need to disconnect the battery modules and this discharges the UPS capacitors and resets the UPS internally.
I haven't seen this issue yet but I imagine it is something going on that we can address with some sort of update or reset.
