RT 6000 RM XL and Cisco 3750E Switch in Japan

Hey everyone

We just changed our UPS in Tokyo from smart ups 3000 to a new Smart-UPS RT 6000 RM XL (SURTD6000RMXLJP3U)

All our equipment is working fine on the new UPS except our Cisco 3750 switches with C3KPWR1150WAC PSU's. For some reason they do not power up at all (AC LED is green, but PS LED is red) The required voltage for this power supply is 115V and I think the new UPS only delivers max 110?

I attached some screenshots of the web interface and the specs of the PSU in the Cisco Switch. Right now the switches are connected to the wall socket instead of the UPS and working fine.

Anyone have any idea how I can get this resolved? Can I get change the "Rated output voltage" as shown on picture 2? (Attached)

Everything was working fine with the old UPS.

This ups is designed to output 100/200v as that is the voltage standard in Japan. Most equipment even in the 115v range can operate with 100v but if it cannot, unfortunately you may need a UPS or equipment that will work with Japan power.

Edit: Agree with below message. I didn't look at all the attachments. As long as all your equipment can handle 120, it would be best to switch to 120.

I'd certainly check to see if all the connected equipment is specified to accept 120V, and if so, try the 120/208 setting. For instance, 120V would be within the 115-240V range accepted by the Cisco switch.
