Powerchute Network Shutdown 5.2 Simplivity Omnistack controllers startup issue

I need urgent technical support regarding a startup issue when performing a planned shutdown/startup using Powerchute Network Shutdown 5.2.

The software is running on a physical Windows server, connecting to vCenter/Simplivity cluster. During shutdown all works fine, VMs are being migrated and Omnistack is being shut correctly.

On startup however, hardware starts and ESXI hosts boot, but Powerchute does not perform a startup of the Omnistack controller, even though this is configured with a time of 480sec.

No entries of startup are being logged in the event log, the shutdown was clearly logged after the shutdown was commanded.

This test was performed twice with the same results. The customer needs this to be fixed ASAP so the automatic startup of the Omnistack controller works fine.
