PCBE Failed to apply the configuration profile

Hello,

i run PCBE i connect with out any prolbme to local server with name/pass. Then i get the msg that i dont have agent managed for this server. I click Yes i want to add the window pop up i see my local device i put add and Next.

Then .. Failed to apply the configuration profile to ..

I have that problem and i dont know how to solve it.

The system is a Windows Server small Business 2011 64 bit. (SP1)

PCBE Version 9.1 Build 614

I have PcbeJreConfig.exe download but give also an error.

'There is no available JRE for PCBE. Failed to get the system JRE.'

Java (TM) 6 update 37 (64 bit)

Java (TM) SE Development Kit 6 Update 37 (64 bit)

are installed.

Any idea?

When you launch the PCBE Agent, does it detect the UPS?  Have you tried updating and/or installing Java on this machine?  To give you an idea on what are the possible things that can cause this, use our FAQ Page - FAQ and search for FA168225
