Need KVM Adapters. Third party compatibility?

HI,

Im waiting for a AP5610 Digital KVM. I bought some server modules: AP5632 and AP5630, AP5631.

The thing is that AP5630 and AP5631 are not in stock at the moment, are there any other compatible alternatives? I learned somehow that ATEN is the brand behind APC, but not sure how the server modules work, if they are propiertary or some kind of standard.

I cant wait till the end of january to get the modules.

Is there any alternative?

aten does not make these particular KVMs actually. they do make some other products for us though. the only KVM modules that APC will support with these and guarantee that work are these models are the models you mentioned from APC. they are indeed proprietary. thus from an APC standpoint, i'd say you have to wait for the modules to be available or find them via a different channel 😞

how many do you need by the way and who do you normally buy through?
