You’ll need to contact APC Technical Support in your area to determine what those error codes are / mean.
Please do share the same here for the benefit of others who may run into the same problem in the future.
You’ll need to supply the serial number, purchase receipt, error code / active fault, and brief description of the problem when contacting them.
Let me know how it all turns out good or bad.
NOTE: You should review the event logs in the NMC. As it may provide more information than what’s being displayed on the LCD. APC Technical Support will need the same logs from the NMC so save it and forward the same to them in your service request.
