KVM 1116P and KVM Access Software

Wondering where I can get my hands on the software as above? All documentation  mentions installing it from the CD. However, the CD has gone missing. Is there some place to download it?

The CD contains a required license key for install - it is on a sticker on the top of the CD. We have copies of the software but it still requires that license key from the CD so providing it to you would not be helpful. In order to get a spare CD/license key, you'll need to contact your local technical support with proof of purchase on the KVM so they can send you a spare CD with a new key assuming everything is valid.
