Identify batteries to be replaced

Hi.

If i have an UPS with an extra battery module, and the device has Battery Replacement Needed alarm, how i can identify which battery need to be replaced. It is the internal UPS battery or the batteries of the extra module.

LCD Menu: Go to Status -> Battery: As you scroll through the menu the system will indicate the current battery health, temperature. If there's a problem a message will be displayed for that specific (RBC) Replacement Battery Cartridge.

All of the latest generation of SRT incorporates a Status LED behind the front bezel. It will flash to indicate if there is an active fault / problem.

NMC: Log into the NMC internal website and go to Status -> Battery System: All listed and connected RBC and extended battery packs will be displayed. The system will display the Health & Status at a glance. Selecting any of the links will display the health, status, temperature, installation date.

You may use either method to identify which RBC needs to be replaced.
