Energy Usage not visible and Energy Management not working

Hi,


I just bought an UPS backup model BE700G-SP (written in unit), and I was looking for the Energy Usage page (under the Monitor System tab), but it's not visible, should it be there?

Also when I activate the Energy management, under Configuration tab, it automatically turns off the outlets, and the “Turn Power On” button does not work!
It this unit, OK?

I'm using PowerChute Personal Edition 3.0

I bought this model for the ability to monitor Power usage, if this does not work I would have bought from another vendor a 30 Eur unit... and would not spend 100eur!!!!!

PS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64bits ; i3 530 ; P

I just got PowerChute v3.0.2 for my BE550G, and it has no Energy Usage or Run Self-Test tabs under Monitor System
