Can not get into UPS via HTTPS, SSH, SNMP, etc. and no, firewall is NOT blocking it.

I have several SmartUPS units with NMC3 connected to our management network.   

The UPS have IP address, traffic is allowed to and from firewall, yet we can not get into any of the units via HTTPS, SSH, or SNMP.   Attempts to reach it via these protocols results in various error messages.  

The UPS are located anywhere from 100s to 1000s of miles from me so I can not just walk over and console in.

What method are you using to remotely access these devices?!?! Are there human beings at these locations?

If so have them confirm all the basics of the network infrastructure connecting to the target UPS.

Its highly unlikely the problem is the remote site given you stated several are 100 - 1000 miles apart!

Can you post the error messages?

I suggest adding a Network Management Card tag to your OP.
