Hello team
I need your help about the receiver and the head pressure valve if I really need this stuff on my condenser.
And how it's working exactly the head pressure valve.
I have in winter the lower temperature 8-10 degrees and the summer 45 higher temperature

Hello. We do recommend the low ambient kit (receiver and headmaster valve) for anywhere where the temperature gets down to 7C (45F). As the weather gets colder the refrigerant will migrant to the coldest place in the system, which is the condenser. If enough refrigerant migrates there it can cause low pressure alarms on the system which will shut it down. The receiver allows the system to carry extra refrigerant to help combat this and the headmaster valve regulates the refrigerant movement at the condenser to keep the pressures high enough to keep the refrigerant flowing throughout the entire system. As the temperature does get close to the threshold I would recommend the low ambient kit to prevent the possibility of the unit shutting down if you have a cold day.
